Dewhurst Stakes winner Parish Hall heads a field of 11 for the Abu Dhabi Irish 2000 Guineas at the Curragh on Saturday – and could run in the Investec Derby.

Aidan O’Brien, looking for his fourth Irish 2000 Guineas win in five years, will field four runners – Power, Wrote, Daddy Long Legs and Reply.

John Oxx has two live chances with Takar, the mount of Johnny Murtagh, and Sea The Stars‘ half-brother Born To Sea, who will be ridden by Pat Smullen.

The Richard Hannon-trained Trumpet Major will be joined by Bryan Smart’s Foxtrot Romeo as the only two British challengers.

Hermival, third in the Newmarket equivalent, will travel over from France and Alkazim, trained by David Wachman, completes the field.
