The Aidan O’Brien-trained filly was a shock 25-1 winner at Newmarket after blasting off in front under Ryan Moore to come home a massive nine lengths clear.
While Moore rides in the race on Sunday, he will be partnering stablemate After, fourth in the French Guineas last time out, with O’Brien’s son Joseph taking over on Homecoming Queen.
O’Brien, who has won three of the last nine runnings of the race, including with Misty For’Me last year, also saddles Ishvana.
The biggest danger to Homecoming Queen looks like coming in the shape of the Dermot Weld-trained Yellow Rosebud.
The sole British challenger in the eight-strong field is the Mick Channon-trained Samitar.
